Slider Design tweaks (Read description!)

I am looking for a clever coder with a good eye for design. I have had 6 different freelancers now claim they have design skills and there work is shocking. So shocking it is now boring! A coder is very very different to a designer. I need my slider cleaning up. I can make my suggestions but that has not worked to date, I need someone who can look at it and see what needs fixing, like a music producer to a song! Like a polisher to french furniture. Like a tuner to a piano. You will need to implement changes, not just design them. No amateurs or extortion perpetrators. I want some CSS altering, not a rocket built for intergalactic travel. If you cannot complete the work in an hour, you are not right for the job.
