Required Website + Adroid App for custom service

We need custom application with website and android application. Website will be dynamic with all services as android app. also we need logo for this website. In Website: Home page/About/Our Services/Advertise with us/Contact us In Android App: For Customer: All our services will show over there in app, and user can choose services and book with android app or via website. All services will display with their cost and under categories and sub categories. After selecting the service user need to pick the schedule time for avail the service with date and time. we can set the time lot/time schedule for particular user. For Example: We have 2 manpower at once. and two persons booked their appointment with same date and time. Then our both employee can go for their service. if third person going to book same date and time then third person need to pick another schedule. After all this process we need to send the OTP to their mobile phone for mobile number verification. In admin panel: We can Add service and the time duration of service. service type and cost. and also need work load option so we can manage the schedule according to our manpower. Suppose we and only 2 employee the can service any thing twice in same time. other else the app will show slot booked need to book another time or date.
