Quicktime Clips to Animated Gifs

We need approximately 150 Animated GIF files and accompanying intermediate PNG files processed from QuickTime video clips we will provide. This will involve selecting, copying, and pasting key frames from QuickTime video clip into MacroMedia Fireworks, placing copyright notice, entering timing of each frame, optimizing, etc, saving and exporting to GIF. We would like the project completed within one to two weeks upon receipt of the QuickTime Clips. We will continue to add more animated GIF to our site so further business may follow.

## Deliverables

1) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and be prepared according to the buyers instruction, as follows:

a) GIFs and Intermediate PNF files must be e-mailed to the buyer.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Macromedia Fireworks MX is prefered but Macromedia Fireworks 2 or higher is acceptable; either PC or Mac. GIFs obviously will be cross platformable.
