PokerCard adaption and Game Design elements

Please make the following adaption on the Poker Cards: (If you don't have them anymore, I can send to you in TIF Format.) On the picture cards (Jack, Queen, King, Ace), replace the card symbol (not the suit symbol) with the numbers 11, 12, 13, 15. So instead of for example "A" on the Ace, you put a "15". For the "J" on Jack, replace with an "11" and respectively Q=12, K=13. Leave the suit symbol please ;) Of course, the numbers should be in the same style as the cards. Then, what I would need is a background texture, where the players put their cards on. Little background to the game: Players combine cards to "fight" against the other player's card combos. So this "challenger" theme could be reflected in the background; I thought of something like an arena-like setting, with pillars or something, but it should not be to fancy/imersive. But it would be great to have a middle line, seperating the two card combos, maybe a red/blue flourished line with a red power ball in the middle. Some existing directive attached, most important is, that everything is in the same style as the cards (e.g you did a very nice background for the cards, not just white, maybe we use this again). I will upload a mockup for the game I have as soon as you accepted the job. Third and last thing would be to design the player and neutral chips. These are like poker chips, but in the color red, and White. They should be in line with the overall style as well. I need the individual chip and a drawing of a chip stack; so 1x individual chip in Red,1x individual chips in White, and 1x chip stack in Red and White. Lastly, I'd need you to design a blank button for me. The game has several buttons and I just need one that You will understand imediately when you see the mockup. All in all it sounds like much, but its quite basic I think, except maybe the arena. Let me know if you can do it, and what it would cost.
