PHP mobile timesheets

Electronic Wage sheet for remote workers. Kind of development: New website from scratch Description of requirements/features: We need a mobile solution for our field workers to submit their wage sheets each week. As you can imagine the solution needs to be easy to use, big buttons etc. I strongly welcome your intuitive and creative design, navigation and features skills to make this solution as workable as possible. 1. I have attached the current paper-based sheet we use. It should be obvious from this what needs doing however... 2. In an effort to help with the requirements, I have created a wireframe of a very poor sequence of events that helps to build up the sheet. I would not suggest following it too hard as I am sure you get the picture and are able to see what intuitively needs doing. Basically it works like they create a Wage Week Sheet (always 7 days, ending on each Friday), then they create a Day which can be up to 4 shifts, The example I have done just shows say a smart phone with 3 screens needed to fill 1 row of the excel paper based sheet. 3. When the shifts/days/weeks are saved and submitted it will need to send via email using a format like the below. [firstname] John[/firstname] [lastname] Jones[/lastname] [telephone]0123456789[/telephone] This will create a record in our database - a Shift which is identified via the Booking Reference. Once again, we are just exploring what is actually possible to do at this stage, so please do not make too many assumptions that we need something specific, it is completely open for your suggestions.
