Issues and concerns are always a factor when working with clients so it was very important that I communicated with clients effectively and proactively to make modifications that met their standards. Such concerns arose when designing the container for another product, ‘Abalone Cream.’ The company asked to design an additional larger container with the original, within 2 weeks, while also asking me to design a product container with a lower unit cost of production. To resolve this issue, I decided to create a label instead of printing directly on the container. This required typographic layout reorganization and usage of different printing color schemes to match the new container. To aid the manufacturing process, I monitored the product’s development at the factory to correct the fine details to ensure maximum efficiency. It was important that I quality check the final product because I was responsible for the final product. Through these experiences, I am very accustomed to working with other teams, communicating and being proactive. I have the skills to problem solve various issues and believe that I can use such experiences to benefit your business.
