New product - Small waterproof clock (ATM10)- from design to prototype to maufacturing -

We need to create a new product which is a simple digital clock that needs to show clearly the current time and time can be set, It needs to be waterproof ATM10. Important: We have several designs made already, but the prototypes failed the water resistance tests so we require somebody that can resolve this issue properly by either correcting our designs or creating a new concept. We would like to have someone\company work with us from design until we have a prototype sample and then to find a manufacturer and go to manufacturing. Another important factor is that we need the product to be sold to us by the manufacturer at a maximum unit cost of US$ 1.50. Packaging will also need to be designed in a further step and if we can also get a proposal for this we can hire you for a new project for this. We will provide detailed measurements and images of our previous designs to those bidding for the project since we don't want to make this public.
