need javascript dev to recreate video game menu interface, working with existing code.

Hi, we have a webpage that is an homage to the player ratings screen of the popular madden video game, however its being fashioned for the rap game. The functionality has all been completed, but the look and feel and behavior of the animated table was not able to be completed to satisfaction by our previous devs. Need someone that can work with existing code and confidently achieve the desired visuals. In the linked video i made a comparison of how it looks now, compared to how it needs to look. discrepancies include but are not limited to: - selected row expanding into info pane instead of being at the top, highlighted columns, border and scroll bar look, vertical alignment, and a handful of other details and polish. (apparently all the code wasnt found in "standard programming libraries") if you can give me a guarantee that you can knock this out, im more likely to give you the work, just because ive already paid programmers from india to do most of the site but couldnt get the main feature looking right.
