I need 2D & 3D Designs, for the creation of a Vinyl Toy

I am looking for someone who will be able to create graphics for a vinyl toy Figure that I would like to have made. The toy I would like to make will be about 3-4" inches tall, It would have the proportions of a human figure, with a cartoonish spin to the face. The 1st two figure would be a man and a woman of African American Background. The name of the project will be called "Hidden Face" ( would need a logo) Details of the mold are below. I would need a box designed for the toys. Ideally i would like the bottom right corner of the box at the back to have a QR code for future scanning. Mold Details: I would like all figure to be of the same mold (aside from being male and female). The toys/mold would be 4 inches tall. *First Molds The male would be dress in a casual Hip Pop culture style, with some air force ones, and t-shirt that says "black lives matter" The female would be dress in a casual feminine culture style, with an afro, and t-shirt that says "black lives matter" *Second Molds I have attached a picture of what I would like for the second Mold. See the attachement called "Mold(2)" **Third Molds I'd like the male to represent or look like Martin Luther King Junior OR Nelson Mandela For the females, I'd like a model of Harriet Tubman or Rosa Parks I would like a pricing that would include all of this and also potential future molds drawings to continue this line of toys. Would prefer someone with flexible schedule. I am in Toronto, Canada, so please keep the time difference in mind.
