I need an artist to draw an image based on my concept design and provide it as a vector graphic -- 2

I'm launching a business and have an idea for its logo. Unfortunately, my drawing skills are limited. I would like an artist/graphic designer to create something based on my concept drawing an provide it to me either (i) as a vector graphic that can be scaled up to the size of sign and down to the size of a business card, or (ii) as a bunch of different images files in various sizes so it can be used on business cards, letterhead, signs, etc. Things that matter to me about the final product: -That the heraldic imagery on the crest in the lion's mouth remains the same: sun, moon, spear, stars, medici balls -That the image can be sent to a signage company to create an etched Plexiglas sign. I think this means not too much shading, but I'll let you be the judge of that. -That you can draw better than I can -That the feel of the image is iconographic rather than photorealistic Things that don't matter to me: -The shape of the lion's head -That your image is a perfect recreation of mine just drawn with a steadier hand. I'd like you to feel free to use some artistic license. I am only interested in 100% original work product. I will not accept work that is based on clip art. Thanks!
