Layout de backoffice de website onde sejam definidos 4 tipos de utilizadores: - Global: acessível a todos os utilizadores registados. - Cliente: tipo de acesso básico, onde clientes da empresa possam gerir a sua conta. - Controlador: tipo de acesso para funcionários da área de suporte/comercial da empresa, para que possam dar apoio/gerir os clientes, respetivamente. Controladores só têm acesso às suas páginas e à área [Cliente] caso "impersonifiquem" um cliente (i.e. acedam diretamente à conta do cliente através de um mecanismo de acesso específico). - Admin: tipo de acesso para funcionários da área técnica da empresa. Admins têm acesso à área [Controlador] e [Admin] e à área [Cliente] caso "impersonifiquem" um cliente. Proposta de separadores Cliente - [Cliente] Inicial: onde o cliente poderá ver gráfico com o número de pedidos efetuados ao sistema ao longo do tempo; tempos de resposta do servidor; alertas relativos à conta; notícias da newsletter (alterações à lei, entradas e saídas de peps). - [Cliente] Configuração PEP: onde o cliente poderá selecionar algoritmos de matching a aplicar nas várias situações e verificar o resultado dessa alteração. Esta última será feita através de um input field, estilo google, que permite ao cliente testar nomes e ver o score das resultados que aparecem nas respostas. - [Cliente] Página de registo (log): onde o cliente poderá ver uma tabela que mostrará todas as queries efetuadas ao longo do tempo, bem como o resultado individual de cada uma delas. Global - [Global] Página com FAQs: onde o cliente poderá aprender a realizar as tarefas mais comuns e onde encontrará um contacto para ligar para o suporte. Algumas FAQs poderão apenas ser visíveis consoante as permissões de acesso. - [Global] Configuração da conta: onde o utilizador poderá alterar os seus dados pessoais; criar novas keys para a API; verificar o estado relativo à faturação. Controlador - [Controlador] Clientes: Página onde o administrador de suporte poderá ver tabela contendo todos os clientes, onde o administrador poderá "impersonificar" cada cliente, individualmente, para que se possa dar suporte aos mesmos e ainda alterar os seus dados, podendo alterar os seus detalhes e planos de faturação.. - [Controlador] Monitorização da faturação: Página onde o administrador comercial poderá ver, de forma integrada, avisos relativos à renovação de planos de faturação. Administrador - [Admin] Log: Página onde o administrador técnico poderá ver tabela com todos os registos do sistema, incluindo o que aparece no log dos clientes e também as operações realizadas pelos restantes administradores. - [Admin] Monitorização do sistema: Página onde o administrador técnico poderá ver gráfico com número de pedidos efetuados ao sistema ao longo do tempo e por cliente; tempos de resposta do servidor por cliente; tipos de algoritmos de matching utilizados por cada cliente; avisos técnicos relativos ao log (ex: erros). - [Admin] Permissões: Página onde o administrador técnico poderá ver tabela com todos os utilizadores do sistema, podendo alterar os seus níveis de acesso.
