Each year I create a new list of incentives for my staff, I Putt the incentives onto a A1 sized poster and display it in the office. i also use the poster as an attraction document to send to potential new recruits. its now time to create the 2019 poster. i have attached an example of the one for 2018.
• Lunch Clubs - hit £12,000 in a Month unlocks finish @12pm and £100 to spend at top restaurants
• Team Experience Day - £30,000 average per person in a quarter - unlocks £200 Per Person. (This would be sporting event or race day, or festival, or weekend break, or balloon ride, parachute jump, helicopter lesson etc)
• Weekly Team & individual incentives - Champagne, Cash, Vouchers, pub lunches, Mystery Prizes, Gigs, Etc
• Birthdays off & Highest invoiced recruiter for the quarter gets bonus pay day off.
• Shopping Spree for £30,000 business booked for the quarter -spend £500 in 2 hours.
• Summer Party – Party house / Villa, BBQ , Pool, Beers, Music – Abroad or UK (depends on invoiced business)
• Weekend away to the value of £2000 if hit £150,000, extra £500 spending money if hit £160,000
• Christmas Party - If yearly target achieved then we upgrade to Luxury Party
First to £80,000 gets £500 bonus, First to £120,000 Gets £1000, First to £160,00 gets £1,500 Bonus, first to £200,000 gets £2000 bonus.
Hit £150,000 unlocks £2000 Weekend Break, Hit £160,000 and earn an extra £500 spending money.
