Objective: Optimise, Enhance and ultimately improve, Layout, Design and Print-ability
What: Nature Cards explaining plant material. These are informative cards for carrying around, therefore it’s purpose should be clear and visually pleasing to the user.
How Many: 24 Cards, Currently already existing in Excel format and Adobe Illustrator.
System: Cards to be improved in Adobe Illustrator and optimised in Adobe PhotoShop or other.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Half Milestone will be released when,Point 1 and the first point in point 2 is complete. File will need to be shared before hand so I can print and check how this looks on paper.
The remaining half milestone will be released when all points are done to satisfactory level.
DELIVERABLE
1. Print-ability:
• The most critical element of this project is the file must be printable so that the front side cards and back side cards align perfectly! Front side (various plants), and a backside (Written “survival cards” on it)
• There should be no spacing between the cards, so when it is printed and then cut into individual cards, it should be done so with the least amount of cuts on the paper. At the moment, there are spaces in between and as a result require additional cuts.
2. Optimisation.
• Picture clarity and resolution needs to be improved to be clear and identifiable.
• All text must be aligned on all cards equally.
• Fond “Calibri” or anything more readable.
• Spacing between words must not be followed by double spacing.
• All pictures must be aligned and equal among all cards
3. Reduce File size:
• Overall file size is way to large, 100mb. Any possibility to reduce this would be good.
4. File Export:
File export need to be .PDF & .JPG
Additional Information:
• Cards to remain poker size. 63.5mm X 88.9mm
• There is a front side (various plants), and a backside (Written “survival cards” on it)

All Files will be sent to be worked on after agreeing on the above.
