Project Description
1. The majority of the photo should be of the massive (mostly digital) billboards and signage that illuminate Times Square by night.
2. A blur effect should be added to the image so that the objects and lighting are visible but the signage is unreadable.
3. An iPhone X should be overlayed on top of the image and the screen should display the unblurred region of the background Times Square photo.
4. An ad. in the unblurred region should be replaced with a custom third-party ACME placeholder ad.
5. We require a high-res PNG of this image as well as an animated version of it in SVG or another format.
