Read about Mentzer here: [login to view URL] The flyer will need to prove in a concise, and conversational tone (in layman's terms, with supporting easy to understand quotes from medical professionals), the positive effects of HIT for these medical conditions: - Parkinson's Disease and HIT ([login to view URL]) - Osteoporosis and HIT ([login to view URL]) - Improved glycemic control in older patients with type 2 diabetes ([login to view URL]%7Elkravitz/Article%20folder/[login to view URL]) -Decreases at rest blood pressure for older individuals ([login to view URL]) On top of the above medical conditions I've included, please feel free to add one or two more that are relevant to HIT. Also, on top of those medical benefits, standard benefits will need to be showcased on flyer, too (experiment with supporting quotes from professionals, if you think it's needed): -Exercise for less time, while getting more results -Be injury free – minimizes momentum, safer on joints and tendons -Rev up your metabolism – keep burning calories for hours after your workout -Have more time and energy to do the things you love (HIT is an exercise philosophy that takes very little time. The person awarded this project will also need to visit the gym's website for relevant data for the flyer - data such as: address, phone number, email address (to include, design theme (mainly, same mood must be elicited form flyer design as what is elicited from website). Of course, business LOGO will need to be included in the flyer, and will be provided to freelancer.
