Graphic Designer available for random small to medium size projects - HOURLY

I'm looking for a graphic designer that can agree with and comply with the following: 1. Already online and available from 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. This does not mean available to us alone, this means you are ALREADY online during this time and can thus be available for communication. We do not want to be responsible for all of your time online during these hours nor will we be giving you enough work to fill ALL of these hours, at least at first. As we work together with you and we see what your abilities are and if those abilities work for both of us, we will be providing you more and more work. 2. You must be able to speak and understands English well! Both written and Spoken. We will have video calls with you to verify this information so please don't bother if you do not have a good understanding and ability to communicate in English. 3. Willing and able to work - HOURLY - on projects, NOT BY PROJECT. Please don't even bother if you will only work on a per-project basis. All work we do is based on an hourly. We will tell you our estimated design time, "EDT" and then you can move forward on the project. If our EDT does not match the amount of time you anticipate working on the project, we would need you to let us know so we could clarify. Some projects will be open-ended or we will need an EDT from you once we have given you project details. 4. This is NOT a full-time gig, as you show your abilities we will send more and more your direction but again, do not anticipate full time. We will send you random projects from 15 min of Design Time to hours of design time and we need your ability to do any and all. 5. Projects may include the following: • Re-creation of scanned documents • Typesetting • Logo Design/Ideas • Edits to provided design • New Design for all types of products. 6. Must have a reliable and secure internet connection. 7. Must understand PRINT design, bleeds, safety area, Full-Color Printing vs Spot Color, Die Lines, Vector Artwork, Rasterized Artwork, PMS colors, etc. 8. Must understand and use ADOBE Suite. Primarily INDD, AI, PSD - in that order of importance. If you do everything in Photoshop, please DO NOT bid on this project. In your bid, please include the following: " I agree with and can comply with all 8 of your requirements" If this is not in your bid verbiage you will not be considered.
