Graphic Artist wanted for irreverant, classy T-shirt graphics

My partner and I are opening an online T-shirt & merchandise store in a few weeks, and we're looking for a graphic artist to create a few design elements for us. Ideally, this arrangement would lead to a long-term relationship in which the artist helps us to develop a consistent, distinctive style for the graphic elements on some of our products. Desired qualities include: 1) The ability to create silhouettes and caricatures (the use of software is fine so long as we have commercial rights to the output), 2) A skeptical mind & irreverent sense of humor, 3) Honesty & dependability, 4) Competence with Adobe Illustratrator, and 5) The ability and willingness to make constructive, thoughtful suggestions for the graphics on our products. ABOUT US: We sell T-shirts & stickers with irreverent, thought-provoking content intended to make people think, smile, and/or laugh. Our shirts are quality dual-blends, and our designs are text-based, rather than graphically dominated. The graphic art will serve as amusing, complementary elements for the verbiage on each shirt, and our Tee designs should be provocatively amusing but tastefully done. While some of our products are a bit edgy (i.e., anti-authoritarian, pro-liberty), they're all in good taste, and we don't make products that come across as crass or angry. Some of our products include quotes from the classic wits of the late 19th and early 20th centuries (e.g., Mark Twain, H.L. Mencken, Will Rogers, etc.), and our company name and branding invokes that era, as well. ABOUT THESE DESIGNS: It often seems that when people think of "T-shirt art," they think of loud, blaring, multi-colored designs, but that's not at all what we have in mind. Instead, our designs will be somewhat reserved and understated, and we're only looking for one or two colors at most. Examples of the graphic elements we're looking for include the following: SHIRT #1 - Two silhouettes -- first, a man looking into the distance with his hand over his brow (shielding the light from his eyes), and secondly, an image of a man's hand wielding a hammer that's about to pound the thumb on his other hand. SHIRT #2 - A silhouette of a 1920s Flapper tending a garden with a garden hoe. SHIRT #3 - A silhouette of a gasbag politician lecturing from a podium. SHIRT #4 - A dignified sketch of a famous historical figure, and another sketch of the same person rolling his eyes in disbelief.
