We are a tax consulting firm which provides Canadian and U.S. tax compliance and consulting services to Canadian and US clients. Our website is: [url removed, login to view] - please review this website to see the type of work we do.
At this stage, we are looking for an individual with website design experience to brainstorm suggestions on ways to improve our website's design/the user's experience of it. We want a set of trained and experienced eyes to review our current approach and to suggest at least five substantive improvements.
NOTE - this is not an implementation assignment - it is only a brainstorming and idea generation/recommendation assignment. Note that we are currently running a parallel project focused on internet marketing - this project is intended to be separate and is focused on design/user experience instead of marketing.
Key deliverable would be a list of suggested action steps in order of greatest benefit to least.
May lead to implementation work.
