Full time Account Manager for design agency (remote work)

We are looking for a full time account manager who will work directly with our client base to deliver their design requests. This role will be required to work from 9am till 6pm Sydney, Australia time, remotely from home. All our communication will be via our online job system and Slack chat. The role will be tasked with 1) Communicating directly with clients to understand their design brief and deliver work 2) Work with our design team directly to ensure the design brief from the client is translated and provided to the design team 3) Assign work to the design team according to their strengths 4) Problem solve, this happens when the client asks a question which may need some research and looking into the problem 5) Keep a record of all work changes on a dedicated schedule, much like a time sheet You will work directly with a senior account manager and be trained on the tasks so there will always be someone there for you to ask questions to. Requirements - You must have excellent english - Custom service or client management experience a Plus - Previous virtual assistance experience a plus - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects / design briefs at once - Have some managerial experience in terms of managing staff to produce a final product/outcome. - Have a computer and internet access as all communication will be online and via our chat system - Have access to Google Drive - Be able to follow simple instructions, but also able to problem solve if the request becomes complex The person we are looking for will be friendly, can communicate easily and fluently and if problems come up, will be able to research and figure it out before asking questions.
