Full responsive redesign of my lottery website

Hi everyone, I am looking for a deep redesign of my website, including a full responsive template and, if inspired, a new logo and graphical charter for the website. The website is [login to view URL] Visitors can access lottery results, statistics and tools (like calculate my winnings for a draw) etc The design is very old, and the website has a specific mobile version ([login to view URL]). I want the new design to be fully responsive and the m. version disappear for the whole website to be on the same domain. I’ll also take this opportunity to change the website’s architecture but that’s on my side, I’ll let you know which pages will disappear if I chose to work with you. If you are interested, please provide a sample of the design you propose for my website (including a new version of the logo is a must !!) I have set the project to "micro project 8-30€" so you have little fees at first.
