Fix an a FB messenger chat bot error on my WP site

I have a few issues with my existing FB messenger chat bot: 1. The messages are not always delivered. From Coralogix logs, I see the error 2018065 and error_subcode 2018034. The 2018065 error means "This message is sent outside of allowed window. You need page_messaging_subscriptions permission to be able to do it" I don't know how to gain that permission and whether it's really the issue to begin with. Need somebody really experienced with this kind of stuff. 2. Currently, my website members who have registered with the messenger bot, get a timed notification after a week. I need to add another notification after a month. My setup is as follows: 1. Wordpress website 2. Main bot code hosted on Heroku 3. The bot is responsible for sending timed messages via FB messenger If this job completed successfully, the next ones would include expanding the bot functionality, perhaps making it a plugin, expand to Google Home and Alexa, etc
