Fix four problems on www.nycha.ch - open to bidding

We would love to get your help. Our website works well in general. However, we would love your help with four problems (below). We assume they are rather small problems for experienced website gurus, if we should be wrong about that, let us know. 1. On the front page the vertical alignment of the elements in the carousel slide is not satisfactory in small broswer sizes. The logo and the text box should be nicely aligned irrespective of the browser size. 2. If the menu is collapsed (due to smaller horizontal browser width) the menu opens up to the bottom. We have heard the complaint from users that the menu opens but the screen doesn't scroll, which makes users think nothing has happened. If the menu opens the screen should scroll automatically so that the menu is visible. 3. The animated logo on the left side of the menu bar (HTML5) only works on the landing page, but not on any other page. We would love to make it work on other pages as well. 4. The shopping cart symbol is nicely placed besides the collapsed menu on the front page. On all the other sides the cart becomes a menu item in the collapsed menu.
