Fix errors on a incomplete website

I would be honest with you that these are lot of fixes and since it is already developed project, so any new developer will take some times to understand the existing code and structure etc. I mean we need to add some hours for the understanding of existing code/structure & database etc. Now keeping the document requirements in mind, our estimate is higher than £750, so would you be flexible in your budget? No doubt, there are many bids within this budget range, as every bidder want to get this project, because on Freelancer website, whatever budget you will select to post the project, mostly people will bid within that budget range, no matter what actual working hours or cost it takes to develop.
