Expert in UI, UX and design needed for landing-page improvements

I'm in search of a professional and dedicated website designer specialized in UX/UI. The first task will be about improving an existing landing-page. I want you to only pay attention to certain sections in the landing-page. You are supposed to make adjustment to a current web-design. What you decide to modify should be based on your subjective opinion for what good UX is. This is not only about UX. The visual aspect is just as important as the UX so you will have to pay attention to this as well. You are required to keep the design style within its origin hence all your modifications have to match wit the rest. This task allows you to think freely and independently of my thoughts and ideas.
