Expedia API expert needed

We need a website built for us for travel website specialized in hotel suites. We need a site that pulls hotel data for hotel that have SUITES for booking (not showing hotels that don't have suites or special roms), defaulting pricing to the suite pricing (rather than the cheapest room or double room) , air flight data and car rental data using the Expedia XML api. It should have the ability to narrow search results based on price range, star ratings, landmarks, car type, etc. It should work fairly similar to the travel now example website expedia shows on the API websites. Package booking should be possible. We need the ability of editing all data such as hotel description and other to avoid duplicate content (through a BO interface) URLS and coding in general should be SEO friendly We need a Deals page summing up deals by city, this page needs to be easily edited through a BO, according to Expedia promotion. text needs to be possibly added according to what we want to highlight. We need a spot to sign up for the newsletter on every page,also recording where the customer would be looking to get deals from (as an optionanl feature) As an optional feature we would like to include a optional groupon purchase/sign up spot for each city visited through working through the affiliate system. So customers can either purchase todays MIami groupon along with their miami hotel or sign up to receive the email from groupon miami or upcoming deals. We want to use the destination/landmark pages expedia provides but do not wish to include the travel guides yet. Possibility to add travel guides later on should be included in the website content. PLEASE ONLY BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU HAVE WORKED WITH THE EXPEDIA API AND CAN SHOW US AN EXAMPLE OF A SITE YOU PROGRAMMED. We are looking for a fast turn around so need someone who is very familiar with the API and can possibly re-use and modify something they have already created. We will have a graphic designer designing the actual layout of the pages for you. You need to be able to implement it from start to finish in a intelligent way.
