Draw A Single Very Simple Picture (Preferably Scalable Vector Graphics Image)

I am looking for someone to draw me a cartoon image based on the character picture I have attached to this project. The image I want is of the cartoon character who can be seen from the waist upwards, and is pulling an expression that says, “This isn't a big deal.” So, perhaps doing some sort of shrug or gesture to indicate his indifference to the situation. In the attached file, you will see the profile picture of the character I want you to draw. [+] The image must be a clean image with no anti-aliasing. [+] I prefer an SVG file so that I can scale it up or down, and so I can export it as a clean PNG image without anti-aliasing. However, if this is not possible, then a PNG with an alpha background is fine. [+] I am going to get a lot of spam bids, so please start your bid with the word, “Rabbit.” I will ignore those that do not start with the word "Rabbit." [+] I will own all copyrights to the image once payment has been made, but you may share the image on your social media profiles if you wish (except YouTube). People who are willing to do a rough sketch beforehand (on paper with pencil is fine), will be given priority because it allows me to see a rough idea of your skills and your stylistic choices.
