A few years ago, I had a bard designed which did not pass local zoning due to it being too large - 40' x 80'. The design was done "old school" on a drafting board - then scanned to PDF. I would like to have someone adjust the size of the barn to 32'x72', yet maintain the general overall look/design of the barn. The loft area needs to be redesigned to remove the dance studio and add the following rooms: office - will remove from the main floor due to the shorter depth workout/exercise room open concept kitchen/living room area - will be used for hosting friends over for football weekends bathroom with stand up shower area - remove the bath on the main floor Looking for someone with architecture/design skills who can assist with this project. Desire is to have the work done on Google Sketchup.
