Design a Website Mockup

The main mission of this work is to redesign the current website of our company, named NOA Labs Ltd.([login to view URL]) However, we want something that will reflect the corporate identity of the company and will allow our employees to identify themselves to it and our customers/visitors to get all what they need on the spot without any effort. The core of NOA Labs is a hand-picked special task force for creative engineering, generating ideas and realizing vision. All of our core members are highly motivated, open in mind and absolute experienced in their domain. They are trained to solve problems, get things done and fight to reach their given goals and realize the vision behind it. A network of high-specialized freelancers is supporting us whenever we need to boost our capacity, solve extreme tough problems or add the certain something. Around this teams is our supporting crew which takes care of the infrastructure and management, and keep the company running, enabling the teams to focus on their core-competences. We are covering all electrical, mechanical and software domains standalone and in combination. We already helped several Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaign ([login to view URL]) and we also cooperate with many other companies and single persons to achieve what they have in mind with new technologic projects. We have different teams specialised in engineering, mechanic, industrial design, that combine the ideas of our customers with their vision of the final product. Founded originally in Munich (Germany) we moved our headquarters in 2012 to Hong Kong / Shenzhen (China). Our CEO is German, and the rest of the staff is mixed with Foreigners and Chinese people. Located in the Special Economic Zone of the Pearl River Delta we have the best preconditions to deliver German Engineering combined with the speed, price and possibilities of China. This area, also called “The Factory of the World”, is not only China’s, but also the world’s biggest and fastest growing region for manufacturing, prototyping and production. We are connected to a network of the world’s best factories for all kind of products in all quantities, a broad network for sourcing all kind of parts and materials, and different service providers for fast shipping. Using Hong Kong as a platform we can reach also other factories and companies in Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Indonesia very fast and thanks to the good connectivity of the International Airport in Hong Kong also our customers in Europe, America and all over the world. Because in Hong Kong is valid international law you don’t have to be afraid about IP problems or other legal issues. We have to take care of it, and we are doing it – by cooperating only with people, partners and companies we trust 100 percent. This job will be about designing our website the way we want. Basically the platform is Wordpress and we are only looking for the design of the .psd file that will be used for the homepage and other pages. We will provide all documentation and requirements when we will find the right person, so we invite the people who will contact us to send us their portfolio in order for us to have a clear overview of the past work. If everything goes well for this project, we might ask for another one which will be the redesign of our webshop as well. It will have to be something really creative and really professional. On top of it, as our timeframe will be short, we expect high efficiency from the freelancer and amazing communication. This work will involve some banner designs and footer designs. The homepage will basically feature a really interactive top menu, a slider with animated slides, a little portfolio, testimonials, partners, news, blog, and a very beautiful footer that will mind-blow the visitor when he will reach the page and look at it. it will maybe also involve some 3D work in order to accentuate this mind-blowing effect. The slider will have to be special and might take 90% of the screen when the visitor lands in. It will get three to four slides, and the slides will have to be interactive, could be the videos or animation inside of the slides themselves. This will be defined later on. We need somebody who is also good at suggesting designs and proposing some ideas if he thinks this is the right way to take for the mockup.
