Design a Website Mockup

Seeking a graphic designer to assist in the refurbishment of our company website. Our current website is [login to view URL] We would like our site to have a similar 'LOOK' and 'FEEL' as the following website [login to view URL] It would be great if you can redesign our website to look similar, but also very very unique to the above website. Must have experience working with Australian companies. Must be able to provide links to the websites of the Australian companies that you have done previous work for. This is the equivalent of providing references from previous employers when submitting a resume to apply for a job. It is common practice. Failure to provide this info will result in the immediate archive of your application. Profile reviews are unacceptable. Must be able to produce watermarked photoshop mockup of possible design prior to being awarded the job. Job budget is $200 in total. Our website has a total of 16 pages 4 main headings 12 sub headings We have 2 options for payment. Option 1: Each time you complete 2 pages to 100% satisfaction, you will receive $25 milestone. This will be 8 x $25 milestone payments and 2 pages completed for each milestone. Option 2: Each time you complete 4 pages to 100% satisfaction, you will receive $50 milestone. This will be 4 x $50 milestone payments and 4 pages completed for each milestone. Project must be completed on or before July 7th.
