Design project

I need someone to alter some images. I am an electrical contractor that does work for several national third party contractors. These contractors require photo deliverables of completed work. My company did work on a job with 3 helpers on site and one of the helpers took the majority of the deliverable pictures. Right after the job was completed he quit and he never uploaded his pictures. We have tried to call, text, and email him to get the photos but he does not respond and going back to site to retake the pictures will be very difficult and expensive. We have similar pictures from an identical job we did in another city but the labels on the data jacks we installed on that site were different. The job is simple, I will give you a number of photos and I will lable each picture file with it's correct jack ID. Change the existing lable to the ID in the file name. The pictures must be clear and believable but we must also get them back quickly due to time constraint policies with the third party contractor.
