Design and Develop Complete E-Commerce Website from Scratch

Hello Freelancer, I want a complete website to be developed from scratch with the details below 1. Homepage 2. Results Page The Home page consists of Google Maps and a form with From, To and Date as input fields. I don’t care about which Framework to be used. I Prefer CodeIgniter or Laravel. When I enter From address, on keypress, I should get dropdown of cities and areas within India only. At this stage, Map should update the location. When I enter To address, on keypress, I should get dropdown, on selection of the city or area, I should get the route between From and To Address in MAP along with distance and Time of Driving on the Map When I enter the Date in the Form and Submit the form, The form date should be posted to Results page. In Results Page: When the page is loaded, There will be a map and that map should be same as updated map from Home page form data. There should be list of items (Dummy items) with Filters on the left side of the page. Something like E-Commerce Page. The Design of the Website should me Clean and should be new. MUST NOT available as premium theme. I Suggest this Theme only: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] or a theme Completely from Scratch (Must Not be a Premium theme) Android App: The Same Functionality should be implemented in Android App too along with Push Notifications IOS App: The Same Functionality should be implemented in Android App too along with Push Notifications Mobile Site: A Progressive Web App is required to develop with the same functionalities.
