Although the design maybe old and something newer, more versatile, better addons and easier to use. THIS IS A JOB TO BUILD A MULTI-USE TEMPLATE SITE. I DO NOT MIND WHO DOES THE INITIAL WORK, PRICE AND SPEED ARE A FACTOR. WHAT I REALLY DO SEEK IS: AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A FULL SET OF SKILLS TO EVENTUALLY GET MORE AND MORE INVOLVED AND TO HELP RECRUIT AND LEAD A TEAM. If you do not read this, I am sorry. I am just getting fed up of the lack of attention. I am in the process of designing/developing a wide variety of web sites. For these sites I will need a temporary site built that is versatile enough to have the entire look and feel changed as well as the other necessary details. The type of sites that it ought to be customizable to are anything from a site with a simple about us, coming soon, contact us, and jobs, with other turn on features like making it a portfolio site. The contact us and Employment application forms must be easily adjustable. Realize one thing, although I am asking for control of these sites it is until the sites are built. I have to start to build each job as per spec. But I am not ready to begin multiple jobs at once in this area. JUST TO REITERATE: I am looking to have one template built that is customizable. The sites are varied, some similar some completely different. BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT SOME OF THE SITES WILL BE GEARED TO ADULTS. One site will turn into a promotional item store on the same hand one will be built to sell adult toys and such. Both stores, different client. Similarly I have a site for modeling, one is for fashion and everyone. Another is for XXX models. So if you can understand the parallels I am drawing here we are on the same page. I really need one site, 60 customized sites in the end. But as you can see, who ever gets the job has the potential for much more. DO NOT BE SHORTSIGHTED.
