Create vector 2d animation for new online portal refresh

We are an Japanese Energy Broker working in the commercial space. We have an online portal that has been revamped. We are searching for an animator to help us create an exciting fast paced video to introduce the new look, feel and features of our portal. We envision this video to be no longer than 1 minute and will not require any voice over. This will be a simple 2D animation with vectors and text.
Please see the attached document for examples or storyboards, we are happy to hear suggestions on the storyboard if the designer feels necessary. If successful, we envision more similar projects in future.
Deliverables needed:
- completed animation (including copy write music)
- Working files
- vector file used in animation
