utline of start up work Our company has purchased the machines to build composite panels that can be used for many purposes. The company that used the equipment went out of business leaving us the opportunity to reconstruct some of the ideas linked with our technology. Our need : • We need to make presentations with our designs of affordable homes • The designs are for simple 1 bedroom 2 bedroom 3 bedroom homes • The methods is panel construction made from composite material • Homes that can be built in days • The “kit “ comes prebuilt with simple construction hand construction and some assembled with no special equipment • The audience for the presentation is for affordable homes that can be offered to the less fortunate (homeless) • Homes required for disaster situation We have PDF files of the past homes, for idea’s only. The new designs will become the property of our company and could be considered for long term use. The following ideas need to be considered: • Our company works with composite material for years building boats. From the boat industry we would like to build tooling to make 1-2 piece tooling for the kitchen and the bathrooms elimination the labor and materials for existing build out. The design could be a “modern “ looking cabinets with the sinks built in. Doors could be traditional design (we have included picture of a sink with the top and the cabinet front as one piece). • Our goal is to install the bathroom and the kitchen sinks on an interior wall allowing the plumbing to access in this wall making repairs in one place. 2nd bathroom could be on facing wall For the presentation we need to cover the following for single story homes: • panels arriving in a container • hand unloaded • Organized for assembly • Site prep • Concrete pad • U tracked anchored around outside walls • Hand set up of walls • Hand set up of interior walls • Hand install roof system • Kitchen and bathroom (1 piece cabinets built in sinks, tubs installed • Windows doors installed • A overhead view of 8-10 homes on a setting to show a subdivision.
