Complete my Wordpress Website to make a Project bidding Website

I have purchased a Wordpress theme from Sitemile which is a project bidding site My site is currently uploaded on [login to view URL] (Its a comparison website for people looking for lawyers/legal assistance) I have uploaded how I want the front page to be I need someone who can take the username and password (and FTP details if need be) to:- 1) Complete the website 2) Process (See the below flow chart for easier understanding) a. Admin must be able to authorize messages before being sent to recipient b. Admin should be able to ask Q’s to Client separately, Advocates and to both at the same time (For example, if the client forgets to mention certain criteria which they may need to know, i.e. what to do if the case does not go in their favour etc). c. Admin must be able to amend the commission, and bill the Advocate. If the Advocate does not pay, then the Admin should be able to suspend his account. d. When an Advocate signs up, when a client enters a RFA, and when a RFA turns into a ATS, both client and Advocate should be able to accept different Terms and Conditions Outline (See Diagram below, will be emailed as a separate attachment) e. Pages should be able to add/remove/amend meta tags by the admin. h. A separate page for our Youtube channel to upload “How to” videos should be available also. i. Admin must be able to screen messages.
