i hired a person to do it but he did terrible! Now it is incomplete need to complete. I need a person who can better design and make a look-looking website. He just copied my material and cannot design or advance the look of website but kept asking me money and kept saying he completed all work! I felt i was teaching a child step by step and each step still could not make me satisfied. if you are this kind person, please don't bid to waste my time!!!! I need you have: good ideas of designs; ability to make the website look professional and nice and reasonable with me teaching you how to make photos and words look or layout; have ideas to improve the look of website without me telling you what to do. The website is just showing people information. I have template and materials and finished some pages already. Also need the improvement of speed! because it is very slow now. Need to finish all work within 1 day. Will only pay what you bid for. Should not be expensive because you just fill in a few pages
