catalog for wooden toys

I'm a startup. My program is about wooden toys company catalog. The catalog will be including 130+ items covering 13 different categories. I plan to set up 13 sections in total- Master cover, sub cover for each section, product layout, item dimension, descriptions, icons, etc. Now I've just finished 35 items for 1st section. The rest of the SKU's will be finished by the end of Apr. I need to designer to these 35 items catalog and the sub cover page for other categories. The rest of work is pretty much like copy and paste, which would be much easier. Also the other important reason is I can test if the designer's style can match my expectation at the lowest cost with small volume workload. The designer I need: creative, good at communication, can get to know what I expected first and express her/his idea as simple and clear as possible. Frequent communication is essential. What I can offer: Product category structure, product pictures, product information and descriptions, etc. Reference peer's catalogs, the pictures to show the style I like. The first 35 items and illustration page would be like the style in the attachment.
