We are looking to build a website similar functionality to [login to view URL] It would make sense for the freelancer to go through the offer process as a customer to see how this works. This is for a different niche but the customer will need to be able to build a quote around a product. Requirements - Customer and partner portal. - The ability for a customer to request a quote. - The ability for customer/partner to message each other. - The ability for a customer to request multiple quotes. - The ability for a customer to confirm a purchase. - The ability for a customer to leave a review - Reward partner for quickly responding to messages. - Reward partner for good reviews. - Show offers on the front end. Freelancer must have - built a similar website including frontend and backend. Please provide links. - be able to contact the website for a referral. - be able to deliver in 3-4 months. - SEO and mobile-ready. Please provide information as to what language will be used for the website development.
