Build a Website

It's time to re-imagine the 2D browser game experience! I believe that there is an open spot in this niche market for a giant to come into play, challenging the relics of their time such as Neopets and Gaia Online. To that end, I need a heavily customized website and artists. While I have the story, structure, and idea in mind, I do not have the artistic and coding skills needed to bring it to life on my own. That's where you come in! I need the website to be able to handle a heavy toll. I already own a DreamHost server to build on and eventually upgrade to VPS/Dedicated Servers. If that isn't good enough, another server will due, I'm within my 97 days to refund it. Some basic features I require built into this monstrous project are: - Integrated forum system. - Trading system. - Monetary system. - Item system. - Auction house. Just to name a few of the very basic features. This is a large, long-term project, and will eventually receive its own Kickstarter once some work has been done into it. Prior to that, I am funding out of my own pocket. I also want to acquire my domain name before I throw it around, that will be a month or two down the line depending on how the sale goes or if it falls through, plenty of time to build up something to show the investors. The current budget is my starting fee for laying out the site and getting it up and running. Following that, I'm hoping for a long-term partnership with optimization, updates, new features and the like ranging from phone applications to mini games that award site currency. For those interested, I'd love to see some mock up ideas that you have, completed projects related to websites and coding, and hear thoughts and opinions.
