Build a product selector for solar bore pumps

Looking for a simple but professional end-user interface to help with product selection of our solar bore pumps based on their location. The interface needs to:
Allow the end user to enter their postcode, litres of water required per day and the head required.
The location of the end user (postcode) is important as it will dictate the number of solar hours they will receive on average across both winter and summer. The input of the required water and head of the water pump will dictate which products are displayed to the end user. We would like to model from the below as a starting point.

We have data some available including coordinates from a NASA database on each area in Australia to the nearest 100km squared.
