Build employment website

I need a website developed. We are using godaddy hosting and will get whatever plan is required. It is to take employment applications for an answering service. Website should look and feel like our primary website qtms.com. Someone wanting to apply must enter all information email, cellphone and, answer basic questions before they will be allowed to take typing test and fill in full application. Upon successful completion of typing test they would be forwarded to a scheduling part of the website to set appointment for interview. When all is complete generate email to applicant thanking them and send calenderer reminder. Also would send email to internal address and add to calendar. We use iredmail with SoGo now so it can be added to that or we can use google account for calender. Admin panel should set allowed windows for appointments, administrators, upload recordings for typing test both English and Spanish , other general things needed. We desire an ongoing relationship to maintain and update this website as needed. Also looking for someone that can maintain and update as needed the [login to view URL] website.
