Introduction PB IT TECH Shop is one of the online vendors that sell IT related gadgets to their customers. The aim of this online shop is to make people life’s easy by saving their time. The customers can register and have an account in this site for free but the customers that are below 18 are required to register under their parent’s supervision. Discount is provided depending on the season's sales to the customers. 2. Objective  To give an easy to understand interface to the clients.  To let the clients associate directly with the dealers.  To give a convenient payment method to the clients.  To have a proper update for the client’s personal details 3. Problem Statement  Difficulty in managing customers personal details such as address and contact number.  Customers are unable to update their personal details like billing address and shipping address.  The user interface provided in the existing system is poor.  There are no contact details provided for customers to contact the seller.  No login page has been provided.  Customers facing difficulty in the payment and ordering gadget.
