Animated logo for web

I need a short (less than 10 seconds) animation around an existing logo. An animated talking-cloud (in the form of a brain, e.i. logo) is flare-lighted on the top right side (suggestion of sun) and gives thus place for the dynamical letters of the logo (in the protypical lettertype) entering the picture. The word in the protypical lettertype then is changed: The last letters growing bigger (in the light), as big as the middle (from a little 'id' to a big 'ID'), and together growing even bigger, throwing shadow on the first part. Then the first point from the 'i' is made into a light (a drop from a sun flare creating a floodlight), making the stick of the "i" shorter, shining around, 'till it shines on the ID, which shrimps smaller again. The 'l' in respons -shy- is making itself also smaller to fit the ID-shape. Then the lights becomes a real LED-light and is switched off to standby, while the cloud melts from 3D to 2D to become the contour frame of the logo ... Then I need a second, even shorter animation of the logo (2sec), where the LED light is put on, shines as a floodlight around, making the ID grow, turn around its axis making some sparks, and shrink again to original height.
