Hi, this project will happen in 2 phases, I will release funds for each phase when completed.
**First phase:**
Need you to design and slice a UI using the wireframes I'm attaching as reference. You will not code any of the features just UI elements:
* iPad picture with logo and 2 input boxes on login screen
* Combo box for left column, buttons, 3 frames, upper frame with scroller and tabs on upper left corner.
You don't need to add people's pictures displayed, that's part of what my coder is doing.
**Second Phase:**
My coder will develop all code using a simple UI that resembles the one you will be slicing, you would just adapt code to the new UI, that's it.
Need photoshop file and once I approve it you can slice it. No tables, just nice clean CSS that is all-browser-compatible.
Questions welcome. Need this in 2 days or less.
