Graphic Designer required for part-time work

We run an online men's clothing store specialising in custom made suits and shirts. We are currently seeking a graphic designer with creative flair which can produce work with little supervision or guidance. This will be an ongoing long term business relationship with continuous refreshes of the website banners, promotional materials and images throughout the website. Background/Current Situation - The website is nearing completion, however the large portion of images and banners on the website were placed there by the web development team as placeholders so there is a lot of repetition of images as well as a use of colour combinations which are less than ideal. please visit [login to view URL] to see for yourself Requirements - o - We currently have a large stockpile of images from our photo shoots which we would like to use in new banner designs as well as throughout the website. o - These may be as simple as cropping to ensure they are the correct size with a bit of colour correction or as complicated as replacing the background with a picture of the city skyline as well as adding graphics to convey the correct message. o - Ensure the photos/banners are high quality for web purposes o - In some instances, the text on the page will shed light on what style of photo to use o - some understanding of men's suits and business shirts would be seen as an advantage o - of course some banners will require text and you won't need to come up with the taglines however just leave adequate space as a placeholder. o - for starters, I am looking for quantity, then we can hone in on the a select few and make them quality. o - If stock images need to be bought, this will be reimbursed by us, just notify us beforehand. Hiring Conditions - o - We are looking to hire per hour and will give creative control over to the graphic designer as most the time we don't even know what we want until we see it o - As this will be hopefully an ongoing relationship, we will be selecting up to 3 graphic designers with a trial period of 1 week at a maximum of 10 working hours. o - all works must be uploaded to dropbox with adequate reference via URL as to where the banners/images should go.
