Quality marketer required for email campaigns (design, copy, inspiration)

I require a high quality email marketing professional who will help me create ongoing email campaigns, to help build a translation portal. Emails will be sent to both translators and potential clients (looking for translators). I will provide the general message of the EDM's, and require the marketer to create the EDM considering design, image impact, message impact, call to action, fit with website design, etc. Must have: * Excellent marketing skills * Ability to write excellent headlines and copy * Excellent design skills * Creative outlook If successful this will develop into a long term relationship, however initially I only want quoting based on the creation of a single EDM.
