This is a problem, not a project. I'm in Real Estate and Google Earth (now GE Pro) is an integral part of my day in order to get my job done. I'm on a MAC (OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6) and as of yesterday GE Pro "search" function does not work. Input in the Search bar is either ignored completely or an error message stating "cannot connect to server" is received. Yesterday, I was able to reboot and it cleared but I had rebooted several times so it didn't clear immediately. Today, it's happening again, and nothing I'm doing is working. I'm at a standstill with work, which I literally cannot afford to be. GE online help is no help at all.
Is there anyone that may know what's going on? I've pinged the 3 GE servers per online help and no packets were lost: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and one other that I can't remember right now.
