Write an eBook

Creative writer wanted! I am looking for somebody to write a very small book/guide of about 15-20 pages in English. Requirements of this work are a very good sense of humor, a creative (and even crazy!) mind, lots of enthusiasm and of course, a perfect English grammar. It will be a guide for passive-aggressive people living in a shared house/flat on how to cope with disastrous situations in the kitchen. It should start with a brief description of the common situations one has to face (e.g. the unwashed dishes), but feel free to add any kind of weird situations as well, just remember to keep it realistic. The second section will describe how passive aggressive people deal with this situations. And as passive aggressive people very often will communicate through notes, the third and final part will be full with samples of notes. The aim of these notes will be to make people laugh, but also copy and use them, if needed. So this is the general layout, but feel free to add or modify it, if you think your idea would work better. The keyword is IRONY and it should set the mood of the entire ebook. The budget is 60£ (GBP). I am attaching an example of note a friend wrote and put in her bathroom that I find very funny, just to show the kid of humor I am looking for.
