International 24/7 roadside assistance center (inbound) is looking for German speaking candidates who also speaks fluent English.
Basically this work is perfect to combine with other work like writing, translation, graphic design, etc . You only have to be online during the hours and pick up the incoming phonecalls, ask the necessary information and put it in the system. Average duration of a phonecall is 4 min. Average calls per day : 185. Payment is per call : € 1,75. Average amount of calls per hour per agent : 4
Working hours are between 08:00-18:00 NL time from Monday till Friday.
You will work for an International Truck brand (breakdown service / roadside assistance).
* Only answer incoming calls.
* During the call, get all necessary info from caller and put it correctly in the system.
* You need to have a good and stable internet connection at home, due to phone/speaking quality whit work.
* A good reliable laptop and very important, a quit working area.
* Skill qualifications like verbal communication, Phone Skills, Listening, and Data Entry Skills
* People skills, informing and customer focus, customer Service
* Attention to Detail, Professionalism
* Can work on own initiative.
* Flexible, reliable and punctual.
What we offer:
* € 1,75 per call.
* Pilot start in September (paid training included)
* 3 - 6 months , after that it can be extended for long term if client approved the pilot.
* You can have fixed working days and fixed working hours weekly.
