Web development QA, web production and technical support

I have a 2-3 month in-house project role in digital web QA, production, troubleshooting, UX analysis and more, at a small media company in NYC. Possibility for long-term work. Multiple tasks as follows: Digital Product Quality Assurance: Perform functional and design checks, including multi-platform, smoke and regression testing, comparing releases to designs, user stories or specifications, logging bugs and change requests Technical production: Execute production tasks including running scripts to create newsletters, prepping articles for syndication feeds, or assembling digital books or magazine issues, working with editors as needed Technical analysis and troubleshooting: Perform technical troubleshooting or analysis to address bugs, ensure correct configurations or solve business problems, working with products or production systems Metrics analysis: Analyze and report on consumer metrics or system activity logs Workflow and workstation support: Help maintain workstations and platforms; assist editors with CMS’s or other technical tools or workflows Optionally, as skills permit: Full-stack engineering, Design and/or Video production
